ZetrOZ™ is revolutionizing the ultrasound industry by introducing proprietary generator technology that is more efficient, more portable, and more economically viable than any ultrasound generator presently available.
ZetrOZ's first product is the world's smallest ultrasound pain therapy device. This device (currently in clinical trials) addresses the demand for non-pharmaceutical alternatives to current pain treatments in the approximately $50 billion global pain management market.
ZetrOZ™ technology is also available for licensing. Contact us today if you are interested in making your ultrasound device more competitive in size, functionality, and pricing.

Lyndon V. Hernandez, M.D.
Dr. Hernandez was born and raised in the Philippines and earned his
undergraduate (Magna Cum Laude, 1986) and medical degree (University
Scholar, 1990) from the University of Santo Tomas-Philippines, and completed
his residency and fellowship training at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
He then pursued a one-year subspecialty fellowship in Advanced Endoscopy at
the University of Florida in Gainesville. He graduated from Harvard University in
Boston, MA with a Master’s Degree in Public Health. Patient-centered outcomes,
endoscopic ultrasound, intestinal cancers, and pancreatic diseases are among
his areas of interest. A published author, he serves as Chairman of the Editorial
Review Board of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the official medical journal of the
American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE). He is also active in
national organizations and served as a member of the Publications Committee of
the ASGE.
Dr. Hernandez is a board certified gastroenterologist, and served as a full time
faculty member of the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He currently
holds a clinical faculty appointment at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and has
been chosen as one of “The Best Doctors in America”.
Dr. Holly Schmitt
Dr. Holly Schmitt grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and decided at pproximately age 5 that she
wanted to be a veterinarian. Holly attended enison University in Granville, Ohio and received
a BS in biology while running varsity track and cross country. After graduating from The
Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005, Holly completed an ambulatory
internship at Hagyard Equine Medical Institute in exington, Kentucky and was asked to stay at
Hagyard to work in the Sport Horse department. In her first year as an associate, she attended
the Chi Institute and became certified in veterinary acupuncture. While with Hagyard, Holly
worked in Thermal, California, Traverse City, Michigan, and Lexington, Kentucky as the official
horse show veterinarian for five years. She enjoyed the challenge of diagnosing lamenesses,
and utilized acupuncture along with cutting edge therapies available to help keep her high
performance athletes in the ring.
In December 2010, Holly began working for Farmvet.com,
a company that sells veterinary pharmaceuticals and equine supplies, where she aided in
prescription procurement, advised clients on utilization of therapy equipment and appropriate
supplement administration, and continued her work as an acupuncturist. This spring, Holly
decided to begin practicing on her own, focusing on acupuncture in performance horses. Her
involvement with Ultroz began during the World Equestrian Games in 2010 where she met
with Bryant Guffey, the owner of the company, and began using the prototype LITUS devices
on various cases.
Once she witnessed the incredible healing powers of the Ultroz, she began
working closely with the company to aid in education of veterinarians, therapists, and trainers in the benefits of LITUS. Outside of work, Holly enjoys volunteering her time on the Board of
Trustees of both PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship) International
and the Lexington Humane Society, competing her horse in the jumpers, running, doing hot
yoga, and spending time with her family.
Angi Ghanem
Biomedical Engineering Intern
Ghanem completed her bachelors in electrical engineering and masters in biomedical
engineering, and has a deep understanding of firmware and software coding for consumer
medical devices. In the biological context, Ghanem is experienced in stochastic modeling of
biological engineering phenomena; from the very basic concepts in electrophysiology and into
more complex models of various cellular processes.
Born in Cairo, Egypt and multilingual, Ghanem brings her passion for medical research and
electrical biomedical engineering to the ZetrOZ team.

electrical engineering to the ZetrOZ team.
Dorina Lleshi
Biomedical Engineering Intern
Lleshi joined ZetrOZ after graduation from Cooper Union with a degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering. Her past research included working with laterite rock indigenous to the Upper West Region of Africa to filter fluoride (research was implemented in villages that had populations with a high incidence of fluorosis cases), conducting pharmacological studies on the crayfish nerve cord, and conducting an energy audit in Jirapa, Ghana in which Lleshi worked on tracking woodfuel consumption in the 500 person community over the course of 2 months. (This research was prompted by the increasing threat of deforestation in a community reliant on wood for energy.) Lleshi is mentored by Dr. George Lewis Jr. and Dr. Matthew Langer in human subjects ethics, clinical study design and ultrasound-assisted drug delivery.
Rhiannon Guffey
Biomedical Engineering Intern
Guffey was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and is a second year biomedical engineering student at the University of Arizona.
